Continuum is coming.  A Windows 10 feature – Continuum for Phones – could simply revolutionize the way we access computing going forward.

The Windows 10 phones runs virtually the same code as Windows 10 PCs.  What it means is if you connect the Bluetooth monitor, keyboard and mouse to your phone you could use the phone as a computer instead!

In fact it can in a demo of running Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel from the phone by Microsoft’s operating systems chief, Joe Belfiore at Microsoft Build 2015, things seem to look pretty good.

The problem for now is that we don’t have smartphones which can support dual screen viewing.  But with Nokia in its stable, Microsoft has a way to make the first such smartphones where can act as PCs as well.
